We use three guiding principles for workplace training:
1. Client Focused
Learning outcomes must support organizational goals by contributing to higher productivity, quality and safety while reducing time and costs.
2. Needs Driven
AWES conducts thorough and accurate assessments to determine skill gaps and related needs. Strong needs assessments lead to better development and measurement of training. Employers need to know what the impact of the learning has been on the learner and the organization.
3. Learner Centered
Essential skills training must center on the learner. Content must be relevant to the learner with practical application in the workplace. Learning goals integrate the needs of the learners with workplace needs. Learning is structured to include self-directed and team learning, while meeting the needs of all learning styles.
