To address essential skills needs at Meridian Manufacturing Group, AWES delivered 200 hours of essential skills training without disrupting business operations. Participating employees strengthened their communication, document use, reading, and numeracy skills which resulted in fewer misunderstandings and errors. The training also boosted overall productivity, and improved the quality of work, safety practices, and standard operating procedures in the organization.
