AWES worked with All Weather Windows to target organization-specific training needs including intercultural communication, presentation delivery, and giving engaging and effective safety talks. Employees received fully customized workplace essential skills training that included visual safety posters, communication strategies for team leaders and supervisors, and a train-the-trainer workshop. Safety communication improved after the training and All Weather Windows continued the program internally after the project ended, which allowed them to recruit workers from less traditional labour sources.
