Medicine Hat Construction Association recognized a need for essential skills development in their supervisory level employees and contracted AWES to create training solutions. In partnership with Medicine Hat College, AWES developed a suite of training for the construction sector that included content on communication, essential skills, plain language, and teamwork and collaboration. A total of five workshops and courses were developed and delivered to MHCA staff.
