Discover 72 guidelines for how to design, deliver, and evaluate English for the Workplace (EWP) programs.
These practices will equip you to conduct needs and learner assessments, develop engaging courses, support learners so they can apply learning to daily tasks, establish credibility with stakeholders, and earn buy-in from clients.
A bonus checklist for managing EWP workshops is also included, as well as an additional 17 best practices for EWP centres and institutes that provide workplace language training to employed immigrants. Specialists from EWP centres in eight major cities across Canada contributed to the research and collection of these approaches.
